My pool is a vinyl, custom-built "teaching pool".  One section is 16’X32’ for teaching and another, 9’x 73’ for training and lap swimming.  The pool has wide steps for playing and helping small children feel safe. A narrow ledge is on the side for little toes to rest on.

The pool is heated and I keep the water around 85 degrees, which is an optimal temperature to teach. 

 

For the perfect swimming water experience, I have invested in a Chlorine Genie Chlorinator. The system uses salt to generate chlorine.  It provides crystal clear water, gentler on the eyes and softer on the skin.
