I  am a Denver native and a lifelong lover of teaching and swimming! I was certified as a junior life-saving instructor at 14 and at 18, I became Denver’s youngest City Pool Manager. I have a background in Early Childhood Development and over the years have merged my love for teaching and swimming to be one of the best family swim instructors in Colorado!

 

Over the last 40 years, I have taught students of all ages how to swim and develop a lifelong love for the water. My instruction has included parent and infant water introduction, Twinges-in-the-Hinges (for the elderly), water aerobics, adult swim classes, and all levels of children’s swim classes. I have also trained swimmers for triathlons and coached several swim teams. 

 

I’m result-oriented! Together, we will break down the swimming process for fun and quick learning. I have high expectations for my students and instill in them great confidence, taught with love, patience, and compassion.
